Fundraising is an exciting way to use your skills, talents and expertise. It can get you out of your comfort zone and connect you to those around you while raising money for those who are navigating their most vulnerable moments with Distress Centres. 

 

Third-Party Events

If you're planning a third-party event our team would be happy to work with and support you in your efforts!
 
We have been fortunate to receive proceeds from events organized by individuals and groups from across Toronto. We appreciate their creative efforts and hard work in hosting events ranging from golf tournaments to bowling parties, marathons to birthday celebrations, and wedding designations to art auctions. If you are interested in putting on an event, we will be happy to assist you with Distress Centres information and materials.

Please register your event by filling out the third-party event registration form online here or download the Third Party Event application form and return this by e-mail to erin@torontodistresscentre.com. 

 

Signature Fundraising Events

Distress Centres' Resource Development Office and the Board of Directors, along with a core of committed volunteers are responsible for raising approximately 17% of the annual budget through our signature fundraising events, The B.A.D Ride and Concert by Twilight. These funds are used to support the services provided by our programs.
