408-HELP Line

Our 416-408-4357 line provides telephone support  to individuals in the community who at risk and their most vulnerable. Highly-trained volunteer responders (with the support of professional staff) connect with callers from our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Many of our callers are experiencing emotional distress, marginalization, social isolation and those who may require crisis intervention and/or suicide/family violence intervention services.

ONLINE CHAT & TEXT (Canada suicide Prevention Service)

Online Chat & Text service allows individuals in the community who are connecting with us to communicate without having to speak over the phone on one of our crisis lines.

Each conversation is confidential, one-on-one and with a highly-trained and empathetic volunteer responder that is supported by professional staff.

Survivors of Suicide loss support

There is no universal or appropriate way to cope with a traumatic loss. However, sharing feelings and thoughts, facts and fears, helps to provide a sense of reason and normalcy in a situation without any rules.

Our suicide loss survivor support program is led by professional staff and highly-trained volunteer grief facilitators. As a result of the unique nature of suicide and homicide bereavement, and the shared value of connection and peer support, our program offers both individualized and group meetings.
